Greece – Family Activities
- Students elaborated Christmas Cards with messages about family values to their parents. These artworks created by the 2nd graders of our school.
- The 1st graders created Hanging Ornaments of Values and the 4th graders created “The Family Values Greek Boat” for Christmas as a Christmas custom where we decorate a boat instead of decorating a tree.
Greece – Tolerance Activities
- The Short Story of Tolerance proposed by the Turkish school.
- Drawings and artworks by 2nd, 3rd and 6th graders of our school that represent the Value of Tolerance.
- We need to mention the online research that the 5th and 6th graders were called upon to do through online presentations that gave their own perspective on Tolerance.
Greece – Courtesy Activities
- The Story of Magical Words proposed by the Portuguese school.
- Creation of the Board of Magical Words in Greek and English and the Dictionary of Courtesy.
- Drawings and works by the 2nd, 3nd and the 4th graders of our school.
- The performance song of the magical words by our youngest students, the 1st graders.
Portugal – Peace Activity
On the 13th of January, Edifacoop organized an activity in order to promote de Value of Peace. Nursery, Pre-school, Primary school, CATL and Elderly Care wrote messages of peace that were transported by carrier pigeons, kindly lent by pupils’ families. Pictures of the pigeons’ arrival were then sent to the school. This was a symbolic activity to remind pupils of the importance of this value in our everyday life.
Romania – Charity Activity
Charity activity organized by parents of School “Mihai Eminescu”. Homemade food and handmade Christmas ornaments!
