Școala Gimnazială ”Mihai Eminescu” is placed in the town of Rădăuți, Suceava County. It’s a public school with primary and secondary classes, holding 1004 students are aged between 6 and 15 and 48 teachers – 20 primary school teachers and 28 secondary school teachers. All the teachers are qualified and all the existing positions at the auxiliary staff level are occupied. Our students take part in different competitions, winning the highest awards (mathematics, history, Romanian language, interdisciplinary contest, “Global Education Week” etc.). All students learn English as a first foreign language.

We also have students with special educational needs, children with emotional disorders, behaviour disorders and attention deficit disorder. It is challenge for the teachers achieve integration of children from different social groups in the school life.

Our school works closely with parents and the local community for many activities, competitions, and several presentations cultural and environmental.

All classes are equipped with projections, sound system equipments and internet Access.

Our school’s educational concept is that everyone should have access and equal opportunities to education in spite of cultural, social or financial background. We must learn to respect each other, to communicate, to be tolerant, to cooperate with others, because only in this way we can eliminate the differences between us.
